Check in / Check out
Check-in is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Monday morning. Parents are invited to join us Friday night at 7:30 PM for our closing campfire service. If it rains we will have a candlelight service in the gym. Plan to pick your child up by 9:00 AM Saturday. If you have any questions call 276-328-6876 or 1-800-359-4049.
Camp Store
The Camp Store now accepts VISA/MC! Camp Bethel has a gift/snack store which sells candy, drinks, souvenirs, and clothing (shirts, hats, etc.). The cost of items range from ten cents to $20.00. For Jamboree and Junior weeks, campers are not allowed to carry cash and must put their money into a “store account” at check-in. Store cards, which are deducted from the account, will be given out daily for purchases. Any money you have left over must be picked up before you leave. If you put money in your childs store account using a credit card, he/she must spend all of it. VISA/MC regulations do not allow for us to give cash back on purchases.
Picture CDs
We will be taking pictures all week of the camp activities. If you would like this “memory” to take home with you, please order your CD (many photos included, all in JPEG format) on registration day for the cost of approximately $10.00. If you decide to get one after camp there will be a small S&H fee to mail it.
